Shipping Policy

   If you are purchasing anything or buying livestock please be sure read the Livestock Buyers Agreement and our Warranty & Return Policy in full PRIOR to visiting our farm and/or purchasing anything.

• Cancellations: Due to the nature of our products we can not accept cancellations under any circumstances once you have placed your order.

• We ship day old baby chicks, guineas and turkeys by USPS Priority Mail. Express service is available by request at an additional charge. US only.

• All other livestock is pick up by purchaser or customer arranged transporter (Pigs, Goats, Adult Birds and Cattle).

• Meats are shipped frozen, UPS 2nd day. US only. (Details Below) Meat shipping costs are calculated by weight and location and is in addition to the price per lb or pack.

• * Note: We use only the best packaging materials and methods possible but we cannot control how packages are handled in transit and will not replace damaged products. We will file a claim with the transporting company but we cannot guarantee that they will replace the products and/or refund shipping costs and can not be held responsible or issue refunds for items once they leave our farm with the shipper. As a rule perishables are not covered by shipping insurers. We typically use only the best shippers such as UPS, USPS or FEDEX.

We do not ship live adult animals PERIOD, not by mail, UPS or Federal Express. Chicks & Keets Only Can Be Shipped.

 Animals are pick up at the farm ONLY. If you cannot pick them up yourself you need to find a transporter and find out what testing you need for transport to your state. The costs of the Vet papers and testing is at your cost and varies by state. Contact your state's department of agriculture to find out what testing is required PRIOR to contacting us to purchase, Unless your picking your animals up yourself at the farm.

We do not sell anything outside of the United States.

We assume no responsibility with livestock once it leaves our farm. We ship only 100% healthy animals or we will not ship them. You and or the carrier you hire are responsible for the health and safety of livestock purchased once it leaves our farm. We may suggest a transporter and may have used them successfully but we in no way are responsible for their service.
