x rocks available year round. We offer whole and ½ Cornish
hens and specific parts. I am told by customers that they
taste like a cross between chicken and turkey. They are fed
chemical free feed and are not given any antibiotics. We
believe in raising our animals naturally without chemicals.

The average size of a table
ready Cornish x rock game hen is about 4 lbs, they feed 6- 8
adults. I have not seen a difference in taste between the males
and the females. The males tend to be larger in size and weight.
